Direction for UseOpen pouch and take out 1 cooling gel pad. Remove transparent film and place gel on the desired area.
Recommend to store in refrigerator for extra cooling effects (Do not store in freezer).
Fold the foil pouch tightly twice to keep the unused gel pad.
For single use only, discard properly after use.
